Erica Wesley, MSc, RSW, RP, RMFT

I work with parents navigating the transitions of parenthood and with trauma survivors looking to feel more at home in themselves. My approach is trauma-focused and somatic, drawing on Deep Brain Reorienting, EMDR, Ego State Therapy, and attachment-based work — tailored to what actually fits for you.

You don’t have to have it all figured out before we start. We’ll go at a pace that feels right for you, with care and without judgment.

I also offer couples intensives, grief and IADC sessions, and clinical supervision for Qualifying Registrants (CRPO and OCSWSSW). Based in Midland, Ontario, I serve clients across Georgian Bay and Simcoe County, in person and virtually across Ontario.
